Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed on the next working day. Once shipped, delivery timelines typically range from 2–4 business days for metro cities and 3–7 business days for other locations across India, while remote areas may take up to 5–10 business days depending on courier service availability.

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above a certain value, while a nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this threshold. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and may include an additional charge. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or high order volumes during sales and festive periods. In case of incorrect shipping details or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, we request you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images or videos for quick resolution.
